Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
The BFCM promotion for Influence.io runs from Nov 8th, 2024, to Dec 2nd, 2024, ending at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Discount Offer
New customers can receive a 50% discount on all Influence.io pricing plans for 6 months. After this period, subscriptions will automatically revert to regular pricing.

Existing REVIEWS.io customers who already receive a bundled discount for Influence.io can stack the BFCM discount for an additional 50% off the reduced rate.

Cancellation Policy

• Influence.io customers: You can cancel your subscription anytime by downgrading your account in the Influence.io dashboard. If purchased via Shopify, cancellations are subject to Shopify’s terms. See Shopify's Help Article on App Charges for more details.
• REVIEWS.io customers: You can cancel your Influence.io subscription by providing 30 days’ notice. For annual subscriptions, any pro-rated credit will be applied to the next annual invoice. Cancellations can be initiated via email at support@reviews.io or through the REVIEWS.io dashboard.

Payment Platform Limitation
Please note that Stripe, our payment platform, only accepts one discount code per transaction. REVIEWS.io customers must choose between applying the BFCM discount to Influence.io or any other applicable discount to their REVIEWS.io account.

Eligibility
This promotion is for new customers only. REVIEWS.io customers who have already added Influence.io as a bolt-on are not eligible. REVIEWS.io customers can participate in the BFCM promotion but cannot combine the BFCM discount with other discounts on their REVIEWS.io accounts.

Usage
By participating in this promotion, you agree to use Influence.io in accordance with its terms and conditions, which can be found on our website.

Changes or Termination
We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.

Liability
Influence.io and REVIEWS.io are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or failures related to Stripe, Shopify App Charges, or any other technical issues affecting discount application.

Governing Law
This promotion and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
