To enhance the user experience, we’ve updated the visibility of your program’s disabled state by changing the disabled pill color from grey to red when the program is inactive (next to sections like 'Earn & Redeem').
Individual program rules like the 'Place an Order' rule will be greyed out when the program is disabled, to limit confusion on the status of the program.
What are the benefits?
These updates provide clearer visibility, allowing merchants to quickly identify when their program or specific rules are inactive, reducing confusion.
While only a small update, one that is engineered with our customer in mind.
