You can now reverse a customer’s redeemed reward directly from the dashboard, deactivating the voucher in Shopify, removing it from the customer’s widgets, and refunding the points spent on the discount.


This feature was introduced to address a common situation where customers redeem a reward but later change their purchase, such as removing an item from their cart or selecting a different product. 

Previously, you had to handle these requests manually. Now, you can reverse the redemption and let the customer reapply the reward to their updated purchase.
