Improvements to General Earn Rule

Customers now have the option to set the redeem General Purpose Earning Rule to once per customer. Upon redemption, a confirmation tick will be displayed.
We've introduced the option for users to choose between a repeatable earn rule or a one-time rule for redemption. For example, if you are rewarding points for a follow or a like on social media, this action can only be completed once.
