If a customer visits your store in an unsupported language, they’ll see your loyalty program in your account’s default language.
You can manage all translations under Settings → General Settings → Text & Icons tab. There, you’ll find the “Edit Translation” button, which lets you update text for each supported language.
Multilingual support is available on the Plus plan and above. Merchants on Starter or Growth plans will see their program displayed only in their default language.
